Parents’ Involvement in Children’s Dental Services Utilization

(1) Background: Parents play an important role in children’s oral health by contributing to the development of proper hygiene and eating behaviors as well offering child access dental services. The aim this study was evaluation parents’ involvement their child’s visits office. (2) Methods: cross-sectional conducted 2020 Romania on a sample 105 parents using online self-administered questionnaire. (3) Results: Only 9.52% brought children office for first visit 1st year life; 51.53% dentist at least once but only 42.86% children, reason last regular check-up. (4) Conclusions: underestimate service utilization children; most is older age than optimal, frequency less recommended, they are treatment-oriented.
